At Oro-Aroma, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oroaroma.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you do not send any items back to us without first requesting a return, as such items will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and rectify it. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the highest quality products and will make it right if there are any issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products, such as personalized or special-order items.
  • Personal care items, including beauty and skincare products, for health and safety reasons.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, we will process it through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
